Tetsushinkan Westcott Opening!
Congratulations to Martin Abrahams on the opening of the new dojo, and to
Paul Smith and Tetsushinkan for their efforts in setting it all up.
England, we will hold a ceremonial opening of Tetsushinkan - Westcott, led
by Martin Abrahams. This will take place in the new dojo: The Reading Room,
Westcott. The Ceremony will begin at 12.30 and will last about one hour,
including a demonstration and speeches. This will be followed by a party for
all attending - we have the hall until 5.00pm. Only those people involved in
the demonstration need come with Keikogi etc. - everyone else may come in
everyday cloths.
To get there you will need to take the train to Dorking and then arrange a
lift to Westcott or arrange a lift all the way. There is a map on our web
site - will send out further details on trains. Please let me know by the
end of this week if you will be able to attend and indicate whether you
would like or can offer a lift.
first, grant funded, "official" branch dojo. It is, of-course, a very
special occasion for Martin on becoming leader of a new dojo. It would be
very nice if as many members as possible come to support this event. You are
welcome to bring partners and family members - just let us know how many. If
you are able to contribute food or beverages for the party these will be
